The Mindset Gym strives to keep the website open and fair for everyone around the world. When you use the website, you agree to the following rules.
- Be respectful of others in your blogs and comments
- English is the only language that you can use on the site
- Wherever you use The Mindset Gym, you will identify The Mindset Gym as the source
- When you post content on The Mindset Gym, you provide the rights to The Mindset Gym to store, publish and in future potentially translate into other languages. This right does not go way even if you cease to use The Mindset Gym services in the future.
- Will not use others content in your posts without recognizing the source. Some sources may require their approval before you do that.
- Will not add content that are not related to coaching
- Will not provide email address or other contact details in your blog posts, comments, coach profile or messages that is displayed on the website
- Will not use blog posts to sell products or services
- Create only one account for a user
- Understand that it is The Mindset Gym’s sole discretion to remove content that they find inappropriate.
- Coaches and clients will abide by all the written contractual commitments made to each other via Learners Market.
- Understand that The Mindset Gym will assume no liability for any risks that may arise as a result of using the site or the services on the site
- Nirmal meets clients only on saturdays. He also will not work with clients who are employees of Sanmina or competitors of Sanmina to avoid real (or perceived) conflict of interest.
- Understand the terms of use may change from time to time and it is the user responsibility to periodically refer to terms of use to understand the latest version.
- If any of the rules are found to be not enforceable, all other rules will continue to apply
